Terms and Conditions of Casinacho Casino

These terms form the agreement between you and us, Casinacho Casino, from the moment you register. They set out the rules for your account, the cashier and our bonuses, and explain how we handle complaints. All amounts are given in euros, the currency in which we state our offer for European players.

1. Who may play

Our service is for adults only: you must be over 18 to register and play. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this condition and that the details you provide are accurate and your own.

2. Registration and account access

You can register with an e-mail address and password, or with a Google account. During sign-up, we ask for personal details and usually a phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If your details change, please update them so that payments and checks continue to run smoothly.

3. Verification

We require verification before the first withdrawal. For this, we usually ask for proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment. A withdrawal cannot be paid out until the check is complete.

4. Deposits

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and in crypto with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. The minimum deposit with fiat methods is usually €20. A single Visa or Mastercard deposit is typically capped at €2,000.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is €50. Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer and in crypto, so there are fewer methods than for deposits. The daily withdrawal limit is usually €1,000. The weekly limit is typically €3,000. Monthly withdrawals are capped at €10,000 as a rule. Crypto is our fastest payout route, and crypto withdrawals usually arrive within 24 hours.

6. Welcome package

The welcome package is worth up to €1,500 plus 250 free spins, spread over several deposits. You select the bonus when you make the deposit.

The following conditions apply to each step:

• Wagering. The wagering requirement is usually 35 times the bonus amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a €100 bonus typically means €3,500 in bets.
• Free spins. Winnings from free spins are usually wagered 35 times as well.
• Validity. A welcome bonus usually stays valid for 7 days.
• Maximum bet. While bonus funds are in play, the maximum bet is typically €5.

7. Other promotions

Alongside the welcome package, we run further offers, each with its own rules:

• cashback of up to 25% on slot losses;
• rakeback on slots, which is typically credited daily;
• a Sunday reload of 25% with the code RELDAY, worth up to €100 on a minimum deposit of €30;
• Drops & Wins tournaments, which usually run on selected slots.

8. Loyalty programme

Our loyalty programme has four levels, starting with Associate and then Made Man. Higher levels typically bring more cashback and rakeback, plus faster withdrawals.

9. Games

Our lobby holds more than 6,000 games across slots, live casino and instant-win titles, including our own Casinacho Originals such as Plinko, Aviafly and Lucky Mines. Each game has its own rules, and the bonus conditions in section 6 apply on top of them while bonus funds are in play.

10. Responsible play

We offer self-exclusion. Deposit limits are usually available among our safer-play tools as well. Please only ever play with money you can afford to lose.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact our team via live chat or by e-mail and describe the issue, including the date, amount and payment method involved. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can usually take the matter further through our Dispute Resolution page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or offers change. The current version applies from the moment it is published, and by continuing to play you accept it.
